The Lil' Dragons TaeKwonDo program is for children ages 4 - 5. The program is designed to help young children develop basic mental and physical skills required for the early years of school and life. Each week, students focus on a different skill. This program is a great way to prepare your children for the structure of education.
Another outstanding benefit of TaeKwonDo is that it places a great amount of emphasis on respect and courtesy. Children in TaeKwonDo learn to respect their instructors and respect each other. In time, they learn to respect themselves. They learn to be polite to everyone, even people they may not like - which is a great skill for them to take with them into adult life.

The Jump Start Fitness program is a fun, varied workout designed to get you in great shape! The secret is the Jump Start Fitness rotating class structure which includes rhythmic training, standing and floor bag work, calisthenics, medicine balls, kettlebells, resistance tubing and much more.
We understand that some people just do not have the time to come at regular class times. That is why we have setup a 3 lesson course, during which you will learn how to defend yourself in a self-defense situation. Mr. Jones is an awesome instructor. You get individual attention no matter how big the class. His response to Covid-19 is very commendable. Self defense, a great workout, discipline are just few of many attributes and advantages. Class times are very appropriate for working adults and students. Everyone is courteous and the training area is huge, very clean and well air conditioned. I am Very Happy that I don’t have to leave The town to get such high quality TKD training.

My daughter has been going here for about a year now, and absolutely loves it. The instructors are amazing! My daughter has a minor speech difficulty, they take their time with her and try to understand what she's saying. All in all, definitely worth the money. She has not only learned martial arts, but also stranger danger.
I've seen a few other institutes, but none compared to this one.
Anyways, I highly recommend this school.
