My 4 runner had a tree limb fall on roof by sunroof , I was told a new roof skim had to be done , I get my car back after like 45 days , it was dirty from the work , the roof still has scratches, there was some type of glue or something on my car , dim light not hooked up , the windshield was not installed correctly allowing air thru, I take it was there 4 days to have nothing done but light hooked up which left several grease hand prints on roof inside , I take it back , after 3 days my windshield is still allowing air , still scratches on roof. They did an amazing job working on my car. The workers there and the owner are very nice and very understanding, I loved how they kept me updated and explained everything really good to me. I’m definitely sticking with them for now on. 10/10 would recommend!

We moved here to chillicothe in 2005 and unfortunately we had a couple of cars get hit over the years... One included a Ford explorer that I thought should have been totaled but the insurance company wanted to fix it and Perfection Plus did an outstanding job... You literally could not tell the work from a new car. I would not go anywhere else!

My vehicle was repaired here after an accident, and oh my gosh I cannot say enough great things about this business. From the estimate up to the point of getting my keys back was a wonderful, pain free, comfortable experience. I hate talking on the phone but never hesitated to call them to ask questions because they were so personable, polite and helpful.
