Our company has served the petroleum, petrochemical, refining, offshore, oil, water, gas transmission industries as well as Vessel fabricators, and pipe contractors since 1985. With seven plate rolling machines even the largest orders are processed promptly. Usually a 1-2 weeks turn around on small orders, and 3-5 days turn around on hot jobs.

Bise Welding & Fabricating, Inc. is a second generation privately owned Texas corporation. Established in 1985 as a partnership, then became incorporated in 1990. Since its inception, our company has continued to expand by satisfying our customers needs. Bise Welding and Fabricating employs both a day and night shift to assure a quick response time.

The owner is aware of the bad working conditions and the inadequacy of the safety regulations and refuses to correct the problem. The employees are underpaid and cannot pursue competitive pay wages on the broad range of career opportunities and dispite economical growth. The owner of the business is working the employees relentlessly to forfill his monetary value. In other words he only values employees that produce on account of his revenue. Plain and simple. The place not only looks like a dirty broken prison he also runs it like one and does not care about human nature but only his own. ---
