Services
We all know how important it is to have a good HVAC system, but we also know they don't come cheap. When your heating and cooling breaks down for good-and it will happen-or you get tired of ever-climbing utility costs to run your outdated system, we're here to help. But many of us can't afford to spend thousands on a new HVAC setup; again, we're here to help.
We know how effective geothermal heating and cooling systems are for your home. Trust us. We've been installing them for 20 years. We install and service all brands of geothermal systems and we've seen firsthand how satisfied our clients are when they make the switch to renewable geothermal power to keep their homes comfortable.
Before you replace your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system, there are some things you should know. The first is that a quality installation begins with a professional design. Most of us don't think about "design" when we think of heating and cooling, but it's just as important as a solid architectural design.
Summer will be here soon enough, and with it comes hotter weather and more hours of daylight. Spring is a great time to start thinking about a home energy audit so that you can prepare your home for summer, saving energy and money in the process.

The main purpose of an energy audit is to determine whether your home wastes energy and pinpoint where that energy is being lost so that you can evaluate what measures you can take to make your home more energy-efficient.Audits also determine the efficiency of your home's heating and cooling systems, along with ways to conserve hot water.
Winter is upon us, and all across the southern states people are reviewing their energy bills and thinking about how to make them smaller. Recently many people have asked what is the most efficient way to heat their homes. As with anything to do with thermodynamics, the answer is complicated, but there are some solid rules to help shape your thinking.

Mr Mathews crawled into my attic and found a problem that 4 other HVAC companies had missed. We had not had good cool air for 5 years and now we are living the dream. This was several years ago but I owed him and his crew this review!

Paid them over $700 to come fix unit. The next day the unit leaked, called them back out. The second technician dumped the entire catch pan of water into my ceiling and said he couldn't fix anything that night. The next morning my ceiling was caved in and my walls and woods floors were ruined.I had to pay for water restoration . They offered nothing in repair of my home. After waiting weeks for them to make it right had to go with another company and had to file a huge claim on my home owners insurance. Use them at your own risk.

I called this morning at 8:30 AM because my air conditioner wasn't working. Cindy told me that someone could be out between 12:30 and 2 PM today and that they would call before they came. That is exactly what happened. Mark P and Matt P showed up to my house around 1:15 today and fixed my air conditioner problem. Mark and Matt were awesome! They explained what the problem was and told me exactly how much it would cost to make the repair. They were very courteous and efficient and finished the repair in less than an hour. Great experience!

Called in 12/26 needing someone to check out my furnace as it was a chilly 60 degrees in my home. They were able to send someone out within the hour. Two hours later, the tech was able to repair our furnace and out the door. Prices were reasonable, our tech was very friendly, respectful and professional. He kept us informed, and ensured we had no questions. Superb customer service, will be using them again when it's time to repair or replace.

Jeff quoted and installed a new furnace in my garage attic - a very unique request by me. The techs fabricated a climate enclosure, ran the gas lines (from the opposite side of the house), did the electrical connections and were done in 2-1/2 days. The furnace quickly heats my garage well beyond 80F in short order. A+ on knowledge, install and service; I even had them maintenance my original furnace and A/C.

Had a competitor look at my heater last year told me my heat exchanger needed replaced and it would be cheaper to replace my whole unit. I instead took out the ac condenser which improved how the heater heated my house. It was not perfect but it improved air flow. The error code on the unit was 33 which is an air flow problem. Bruce came out and gave us options on how to improve air flow. It's really nice to have option to fix you 8 year old unit rather than having to replace the unit. I appreciate the honesty!

Watch out for the Comfort Xpress service contract scam! The techs don't really do a thorough inspection of the appliance. I bought the one-year service contract for $222 which included two inspections - one of the HVAC and the other of the AC. We were in the midst of a massive rehab due to water intrusion from a busted water line. I informed the tech that we needed to understand if the water caused any damage to the furnace. His report showed that everything was operational and no repairs were needed. Six months later, we turn on the furnace to find that the control board has shorted
