I recently completed a deal with Darren Collie at Jim Taylor Ford in Ruston.. I want to say that the experience was surprising.. Typically the conversations are totally business, rushing and sales pitches.. I heard about Darren through a friend and all I did was texted him and he began working on my deal.. He was not pushy and got me the best deal possible.. When I went to the dealership I was expecting a "car salesman" to greet me but as soon as he introduced himself he was personal.. The service crew at Jim Taylor had my car up on a ramp, removed the cover, and had me on my way in about 15 minutes!

I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer Limited. It was a program car. Although I love the car and was satisfied with the deal, the service department has been horrible! I took my car in about a month ago to have 4 new tires (I have no idea why but when we bought it there were 3 kinds of tires on it and none were new), have a buzzing sound looked at, and fix the creaking driver door. Of course, I had to go back because they had to order a part. I understand that, but they never called when it came it. We had to call. Also, they did not fix the creaky door. The day before I took it back for this, the sunroof
