Serving Star, Idaho, with over 30 years of experience in the Child Care/Daycare field. Both childcare providers are First Aid and CPR Certified, have obtained Criminal History Background Check clearance, and follow all state requirements that encompass working in a fully licensed childcare facility.

At Kinney Cares Daycare, we make sure your child is in the best environment possible. We provide a significant amount of one on one care that is always compassionate, positive, patient, and loving. We understand that a significant amount of time during a child's early years may be at our daycare. We pay extra attention to keeping a filled schedule with activity time, learning, snacks, and rest.
We take the well-being of your child seriously and work hard to ensure the environment we provide is as healthy as possible. We are committed to keeping our daycare and the children in it as clean as possible, helping to minimize and prevent the spread of germs. Our daycare is kept clean and disinfected at all times.

My daughter was originally at a private in-home daycare, and they had to cancel on me, and I called 8 different daycares in the valley and Kinney Cares was the only one who could take her last minute. I had no choice but to drop her off without prior seeing the daycare or meeting Charlotte or Jessica. My daughter was about 5 months old at the time. As a first time mom, this was terrifying, but they did everything they could to keep me comfortable, including sending me texts and pictures of how happy my daughter was that day. We took our daughter there she seemed really open in the beginning super nice and energetic. First day my daughter was happy. About a week in Charlotte kept repeating to us "she is the most stubborn child I have ever had in 20 years. She would then state things like, she is making other parents question me and my methods. We asked if we could let her bring a stuffed animal as comfort. She repeatedly said "Oh no they get dirty." I said I will wash it no biggie. She still refused. Then she would mention "she won't eat her fruit snacks at snack time." I politely told her more than once that my daughter

I was in Charlotte’s care when I was a newborn till I was 11 years old. Charlotte loves the kids like they are her own, she has taught me to be a good human being and even inspired me so much to do well in life. Her whole family is wonderful and just as loving. She’s very knowledgeable in care giving to children and I trust her so much.

If you are looking for a loving daycare for your children, Kinney Cares Daycare is your place. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the love they will get will be over the top. My daughter started going to Charlotte’s when she was 5 months old. Charlotte and her family quickly became our family. My daughter is now 22 years old and Charlotte helped to shape her life by being her second mom and taking such good care of her!

My wife and I look back on and marvel at how lucky we were to have found Charlotte Kinney at Kinney Cares Daycare! She is an amazing person, daycare provider and friend. She started watching our son at 3 months old and we were full time until he was 3. Our son had the best experience there and we are still lucky enough that we get to take him back on occasion (he's now in school).
Charlotte is honest, warm, loving, kind and the best thing we have done for our son hands down! She is loving with the kids and it shows in everything she does. We highly recommend Kinney Cares Daycare.

Charlotte Kinney and her family have created an environment I have been so grateful to have my kids in. Kinney Cares is a fun, organized, clean and safe place. I’ve known Charlotte and her family for over 15 years! They have become more like a family to me! When my niece (I was raising) was in her care I was totally confident in her expertise. All employees cared professionally and personally about my kiddo! My girl always looked forward to daycare!! I’ll be going to Kinney Cares first if I need childcare in the future, would recommend to anyone!

Best place next to home for helping kids become great people!! Excellent home environment for anyone looking for the best daycare for their children!! Known this family for 18 plus years, and highly recommend since I had 3 children with Charlotte when they were younger. Good friends of our family to this day. Kids still stop by on their own to see her!!❤❤❤
