Services
Litchfield Laser Skin Care offers a variety of aesthetic skin care services under the direction of Elizabeth B. Galan, MD. Dr. Galan regularly attends national meetings and continues to add new technologies and skin care products. All of the medical equipment used by Litchfield Laser Skin Care is FDA approved.
Latisse solution is prescription treatment for hypotrichosis used to grow eyelashes, making them longer thicker and darker. DermaMed skin care products can help improve common skin problems of all skin types. The product line offers clean formulations that feature anti-inflammatory botanicals, plant-based antioxidants and natural moisture.
Fractional Skin Resurfacing is accomplished with minimal downtime using the Fraxel laser. Fraxel is a unique non-invasive laser therapy designed to dramatically improve skin texture and pigmentation, including the treatment of fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, surgical scars, and sun damage. Fraxel utilizes fractional resurfacing technology, where only a small fraction of the skin receives the laser light.
Reduce the appearance of scars with the Excel V laser. Research has shown improvement in a range of scars, from fresh surgical scars to keloid and hypertrophic scars, following treatments with Laser Genesis. Because this procedure has no downtime, and minimal discomfort, Laser Genesis has become a staple of skin care for many offices.
Spider veins, or telangiectasias, are small, thin, blood vessels visible beneath the skin. They appear most commonly on the face and legs and may look like a series of lines, tree branches, or a spider- or web-like shape with a dark center. It is estimated that they affect nearly half of adult women in the U.S.

Beware smokers.
This doctor will not provide you treatment unless you quit smoking.
Her practice. Her prerogative. Right?
My reasoning for the negative review is That information is not disclosed prior to sitting with the doctor nor is it mentioned anywhere in a three-page questionnaire new patients are required to fill out prior to seeing her.
In other words, you have no way of knowing this information until you are told by the doctor herself.
So, if you are a smoker, it’s a catch-22. All you’re doing is handing over $75 of you’re hard earned money to be told you have to quit smoking
