Acuity builders redid my kitchen , flooring and fireplace when i had a leak in my kitchen. I had to replace some damaged areas and then decided to do some small upgrades to my condo. Ken and his team were always a pleasure to work with. Gabby is pleasant and kind and she too was a joy. I had a small paining issue and when i talked to Gabby about it, i had a call from ken within 5 mins to schedule someone to come back and fix it to my liking. I love the way my condo looks now and would use Acuity Builders again in a heart beat.

Acuity and their team are awesome. Gabby is a complete joy to work with and she was very adamant about getting every detail taken care of with the insurance, she does not back down. Matthew did a great job with the project!!! Yes, some of these reviews complain but understand, we are all humans and we all make mistakes..... Difference is on how it is handled, communication is a must. Yes there we some issues but Matthew was diligent and took care of what was needed because we communicated. Overall they did a FANTASTIC job and would recommend 1000%

Had to have my floors replaced, amongst other things, after a pipe burst in my home. The job was done horribly. I was fortunate enough to be able to visit my home while the construction was taking placed to call out all the short cuts that were being taken. It took about three months for the project to be completed. However, I had to call them back to fix the floating floor; there were about seven soft spots. Even after coming back to "fix" the floors I could still feel the spaces where they didn't put self leveling, causing the floor to uneven and soft a variety of spots. The manger

Kenny is great at communicating. We had many questions along the way and he was always good about answering them. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Kenny was absolutely dedicated to customer service and addressed every issue (often at his cost) without fail. Very happy with his business ethics.
