Hanna was a delight to work with! She did a beautiful job on hair and makeup for my bridal hair and makeup as well as hair and makeup for my mother, mother in law, and bridesmaid. I am so happy I chose Hanna for my hair/makeup for my one-year postponed wedding celebration! Before Hanna, I had never had my makeup done professionally and do not wear a lot normally. I have gone to Hanna over and over again for hair and makeup. As a photographer, I have worked with and referred her several times for my clients. When it came time for my own wedding reception at home (I got married out of state), Hanna was my first choice! She did an excellent job as always and I can't recommend her enough. She is a professional makeup artist who listens to you and creates the look you are going to love. She enhances the natural beauty so you feel comfortable and pretty with the end result. She works fast and is the sweetest person to work with. My makeup survived the whole day (from 11 am till 11 pm) and looked just as good by the end of the day.

Hanna did my makeup for my engagement photos and I couldn't have been happier. We were hiking around Lake Baker and Hanna pulled off the perfect balance of looking polished and put together without looking overdone in the woods. As the day started it began to rain, then it poured and didn't let up but the one thing that didn't budge was my makeup. Even at 10pm it was still going strong, through rainstorms and hiking. Well...let me just add ANOTHER 5-star review for Hanna. I'm not really a hair and makeup girl and I knew I would feel really uncomfortable having lots of people comment on my outfit, which is to be expected if you're the bride. I knew I would be super stressed trying to do it myself, even though I had a small and fairly casual wedding, therefore, it was the one thing I was willing to splurge on. So I chose Hanna based on 1) the pictures of women here and on her site looked like actual, lovely women and not weird dolls and 2) 5-star reviews.

I reached out to Hanna for my wedding day hair, and although she was booked for my wedding date, she arranged for another makeup and hair artist, Arianna, to be available. Hanna was very easy to work with throughout the process, and was quick to respond over email.

I was looking for pretty basic package - I didn't want to do a hair trial or makeup, and Hanna was very accommodating to my wishes. I thought her prices for on-location hair and makeup were fair, but I preferred to do my own makeup.

She was able to make the look natural and exactly how I imagined it to be. She was great at putting on the fake lashes and made it feel comfortable enough that I was not blinking awkwardly for my shoot and gave me gorgeous lashes. She was extremely responsive and communicative and really provided comfort as I was last minute looking for a MUA on Yelp and was quite nervous looking for someone out of my home state. It is my absolute pleasure to tell you about Hanna. I consulted with her several months before my wedding. She was extremely fast in responding to my inquiry and every question I had was answered on her website.

Hanna had a prior commitment but was able to provide me a Lead Stylist, Laticia. Laticia did a trial run of my hair and makeup which was a lot of fun and made me feel comfortable about my wedding day. Fast forward to last Saturday, Laticia did a fabulous job! She did hair and makeup for me, my mother and my maid of honor and she was dealing with a teenager, a middle ager and a senior. We all looked terrific and were very happy with both our makeup and hair.

Her professionalism, flexibility, warmth and character were all so welcome on a day where I was very nervous. Working with her remotely to get an idea about what I was envisioning was easy. Hanna is AMAZING. I could just say that and not elaborate, but she is worth elaboration. Wedding makeup was something that (as silly as it sounds) kept me up at night. I didn't know what to do. I'm not a girl whose really into things like makeup, but I knew that I wanted mine to be just perfect for the day of the wedding. For the longest time, I just figured I'd go to Sephora or Mac the morning of the wedding but realistically, going anywhere the day of the wedding - other than our hotel room or the venue, just sounded ridiculous and impossible... not to mention stressful.

Hanna did an amazing job doing my make-up and fixing my hair on my wedding day. She has this really sweet smile and that made me relax the whole time she was prepping me. Our guests kept telling me how pretty and natural my make-up was. It was a summer wedding and my make-up lasted from 3pm to 3am!
