5 stars based on the salesman who was helped us pick out and order our luxury vinyl planks. Super nice guy. 1 star based on his rude partner that was condescending to us when we picked up the $7.5k order which was double stacked and shrink wrapped. This guy was quite mouthy and destroyed the pallets that the boxes were loaded on while simultaneously almost flipping the forklift and digging into several boxes of tiles with the forks. Very surprised that someone didn't get severely injured during this fiasco. Once getting the planks to the site and installed it was noted by our floor installer that

We had 360 sf of tile demo and install for our kitchen and bar area. Super pleased with the tile crew! Hardly any dust whatsoever as they vacuumed as they demoed. Manuel Tovar and his crew do incredible work. The price ($2.69/sf) was reasonable and the work was done in 2 1/2 days. Yes, you read that right. Several other estimates came in higher and the time we would have been out of our kitchen area was much longer - 1-3 weeks we were quoted by other contractors. :0 Also, they came when they said they would and finished sooner than I expected. What a gem of a business in Covington! Will have them
