Bennett Air was assigned to me through my home warranty company. The claim was placed on 09 OCT 2021. Bennett Air contacted me on 12 OCT 2021 and offered to send a technician out the same day. I asked if one could be sent the next day and this was not an issue.
The Outdoor Unit for my HVAC was not properly functioning over the Holiday weekend. Warm Air was blowing, but the blades were not spinning. The technician that was assigned, quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. He even helped me locate and change the air filters in my home. He also provided a quote to change the filter on my humidifier

House started getting hot Sunday afternoon. Went online to find a local company. This company popped up and I scheduled my appointment online for Monday morning. Email confirmation and technician tracking was a nice touch. Technician arrived promptly first thing Monday morning. My house was cool again in under an hour all at a very reasonable price. Great local company definitely recommend.

I received a phone call from Josiah letting me know he was in my area and requesting instructions on parking. He arrived promptly, greeted me in a friendly manner and was safe (mask and protective feet coverings). During the service visit, Josiah was courteous and professional! He explained in layman’s terms exactly what the problem was and expeditiously remedied the problem!! He was knowledgeable and made sure I didn’t have any questions regarding the service. I haven’t had such excellent service for appliance repair in a very long time!! Thank you Josiah for setting the standard for professionalism

Our A/C stopped cooling, so I called our Home Warranty company to put in a claim, they assigned Bennett Air, LLC to diagnose and repair our A/C unit.
They sent 2 technicians out to look at it, and discovered the compressor was blown, and they would have to put a claim in to our Warranty company for authorization to repair it.
I then received an email from Bennett Air advising me that our Warranty Co. denied the claim because of pictures they took of damage to the coil in the outside unit due to dog urine corroding them, and that we would have to purchase a new unit, and they would sell me one

Bennet Air is a wonderful company to work with! I would recommend them without hesitation!!! They came to me through my home warranty luckily. You're very responsive and determined to find the problem. Once we realize they were shipped the wrong part (through no fault of their own) they went well above the call of duty to make sure that I was comfortable until the correct part came in. Kim and Josiah are wonderful to work with. Customer service you just don't see anymore. Thank you so much for all you did to help me!
