Came to this dealership with low expectations of trading in my truck (due to the mileage on the vehicle), but Jay was dedicated to helping me trade in my vehicle and helping me leave with a much better one. Where to even begin with these clowns. I got in touch with one of the dealers, Yosef, via Facebook after contacting about an ad for a car I was interested in. The price seemed right, so I wanted to check it out. The first red flag was that Yosef wouldn't tell me anything over the phone. He insisted that I come in, which was okay at the time considering I wanted to see the car in person.
When I got there, all of the salesmen immediately surrounded my car like f***ing vultures. I should have just drive off then, but I didn't. I went inside the office and Yosef took all of my information

They communicate through text which is a horrible mistake when you mistreat your customers!!
My friend referred me here? She had a bit of a difficult time with some things but it sounded like the good out weighed the bad? She was told if she referred people to their place of business they would give her $200 off the vehicle she purchased. That was not credited to her even though I gave her name, number and address.

I has purchased a vehicle from auto resource and they report my car 3 weeks later due to there own neglect in signing loan paper . and when my car was taken they also took all my belongings from inside the car. I paid all fees and still three weeks later have not returned any of my personal property that was in the car. I have the car but they are not giving me my belonging. I will never recommend this auto resources company to anybody to go to . I am appalled at there way of handling this situation and them not willing to do anything about this. This car company is ran very unprofessional . So
