Griffin Alexander, P.C. was established in 1995, and has gained prominence as a growing law firm practicing today in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. In 2012, we opened our New York office in mid-town Manhattan, and since then, we have experienced an exponential expansion of our New York practice.
In that blog, we commented that "questions regarding the constitutionality of the CDC's new order" remained. It so happens that the United States Supreme Court agreed with our assessment. Many of these changes have been through executive orders in addition to adoption of new law that affects landlords' and tenants' right throughout the state.
Brian R. Griffin is a Shareholder of Griffin Alexander, P.C., who concentrates his practice on matters involving Community Association Law, Commercial and Residential Landlord/Tenant Law, Land Use. He also handles Real Estate Transactions, Municipal Court Matters and Wills, Trusts and Estate Law. Mr. Griffin frequently attends landlord/tenant court and mediations and settlement conferences.
Stephanie Wiegand is a Partner at the firm who concentrates a majority of her practice on matters involving General Civil Litigation, Community Association Law, Landlord/Tenant Law, and Collections. Ms. Wiegand started at the firm as an Associate in 2014 and regularly appears in court throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
Matthew Meyers is Counsel of the firm. His major areas of practice are Community Association Law and Construction Defect Litigation. Mr. Meyers represents community associations in assisting them through the transition process from developer to homeowner control. Mr. Meyers has thirty years of experience in construction defect litigation.

I've had experience with various types of attorneys and GA can only be described as a national treasure on the legal service market. Evon and Emily helped me dodge a disaster of being scammed by an experienced phony seller. They offered me very thoughtful, careful, and considerate support. Despite going beyond the line to help, they still only billed at a quite affordable rate. In a crazy housing market today, you absolute want to have GA watching your back. There is no one else I’d want by my side when negotiating and signing a lease. Jennifer is a wonderful advocate and took the time (many times over) to explain everything in the contract (which was ridiculously long-not her doing) to me in normal English rather then the foreign “lawyer language” it was written in. She is patient, and kind but is a tough lawyer when it’s needed. I don’t know how she does it, but it seemed no matter what the time of day or day of the week she was always accessible to me and always responded to my queries in a timely matter.
