I used Super Jumpers for my daughter's birthday party this past Saturday. They arrived on time and easily set up a bounce house for us. Thats the only positive. Unfortunately, the bounce house deflated half way through the party. When I called for assistance I was advised that the extension cord they used to set up the bounce house was old and likely faulty and I should, during my daughter's party, go ask a neighbor for a cord or go purchase one. It was Saturday and most of my neighbors were out. I asked the service if they could bring me a cord and they said they were 45 minutes away
