Chiropractic is based on a simple but powerful premise. With a normally functioning spine and healthy nerve system, your body is better able to heal itself. That's because your spine is the lifeline of your nervous system. It controls feeling, movement, and all function through your body. Neck pain can be caused from work or auto injuries, poor posture, or everyday stress and strains.

Millions of people are hurt in auto collisions each year, and some people suffer for decades with chronic pain.even after a "minor" collision. Neck pain is a common pain symptom experienced by most of us. Most neck pain begins with some kind of trauma, but sometimes the origin is difficult to identify. With all neck pain-no matter what the cause-the pain itself tells us that there is some kind of problem in the functioning of the different parts of the spine.

Can’t say enough about Dr. Omick, my chiropractor, nor Sarah, my massage therapist. Fantastic, both of them. They are highly competent, deeply knowledgeable, effective at what they do, and beyond that - good people. They have helped me so much! I am very grateful to have found Traub Chiropractic, and would highly recommend them.

I started out seeing Dr Traub who did wonders for my lower back, and have recently been seeing Dr Keating who is great as well. I enjoy the professional yet relaxed manner in which Keating works with his patients, low-stress atmosphere, good conversation, and friendly greetings from everyone. I have not had a bad visit in the >5 years I’ve been going there. Several times I have had a flare up and they have fit me in the same day I’ve called.
