I ordered a basket arrangement online over the phone for a funeral. It was supposed to have 3 roses and some other flowers in it. When it arrived it only had 2 miniature roses and some small marigolds or some type of flower that wasn't even in the original photo. I paid $56.00 plus $10.00 tax for this basket The basket was bigger then the arrangement. . I was embarrassed to have our names on the card. I couldn't take a photo to show you because the arrangement was by the casket. I've only used this florist once but it will be the last time.

Great staff and excellent customer service!! I had to change the arrival time of my delivery and they went above and beyond to make sure it was not only delivered on time, but earlier than expected! RUN AWAY! I ordered Flowers (as I do every year) and had them delivered (for the first time). I normally pick them up at another florist. This year I came home to find flowers that were horrible! Four flowers were broken in the bouquet, one of the ornaments had broken off completely, and the overall arrangement looks like it was made well over a week ago. The flowers look terrible and the greenery looks even worse. (if that's possible!) I think someone must've dropped the flowers on the way. I paid a LOT of money for these flowers and I got something that looks worse than what I could
