Bounce 'N' More, LLC reserves the right to make the final decision to cancel a rental due to inclement weather defined as: 15-20+ SUSTAINED winds (with higher gusts), 70% or higher chance of rain, and/or temperatures below 40° F. If this is the case, we will contact you the day prior or the morning of your event to discuss options.

Bounce 'N' More, LLC processes all reservation requests on a first come first serve basis. Receipt of a quote does NOT guarantee equipment availability. Online reservations will need to be confirmed before they are held. We require a credit card on file to hold and book your reservation request. Our equipment is rented by the event, a few large or staffed items are rented by the hour.

Phenomenal customer service! My daughters party was originally planned for December 27th. However, due to a positive COVID test, we had to call and reschedule. Without any questions asked or additional fees, they gladly pushed back a week. Later in the week, I had to call them back and ask if they would mind delivering a little earlier to accommodate an earlier party time and again, without any questions asked they made it happen. The guys kindly and professionally delivered, set everything up, and picked up later in the day. They were amazing!

After talking to 30 places to rent a bounce house & snow cone machine, I chose this place because of stormie (great customer service). The day of my sons 1st birthday, the bounce house deflated, I called the emergency number 4 times noone answered or called back, my husband had to fix it. The snow cone machine did not work, the snow kept melting as soon as it went through the motor part, the syrup was bland I gave back more than 75% of it. I spoke to the manager, chris, Chad, chase? I tell you what, I went round and round with TEG and they really messed me over. I have dealt with that one company for years and today they drew the last straw.... Their prices have sky rocketed and they called me to cancel my order due to unavailability 2 days before my big event. We have booked with BounceNMore many times. They are always prompt, professional, and the items we have rented have been so much fun for the kids. On July 4th, we rented a waterslide combo and it was delivered by a young man named Brodie! Due to the holiday, he was slammed, but handled the delivery with ease. He was very polite and despite working with no helper, got our slide set up without a hitch! Thanks so much Brodie!

We rented the foam bubble machine and the kids all had an absolute blast. We also bought some color powders separately and that added to the mess and the fun. I'm glad that my lawn has shown very little impact after a couple of days and the grass is doing just fine.

We rented from Bounce N More in early August and they were great! The person we spoke with on the phone was fantastic and helped me dial in exactly what I needed. The two guys that delivered were quick and professional. They called ahead and were on time for both pick up and delivery. We definitely got our money's worth. The equipment was in great shape and everyone had a blast.
