The sooner the better! To ensure the availability of your items we recommend reserving them as soon as you have a good idea of what you need. We ask for final numbers 72 hours before your items leave our store. This allows us the proper time to get everything ready for you. It is, however, possible to reserve your items up to the day of use depending on availability.

Horrible work environment. first day i started they didnt train me or anything. Got fired previously for "not working hard enough and messing around not doing anything" and also took a 2 minute break and they were mad cuz they think we were just screwing around. horrible benifits. would not recommend.

Be careful renting white linens from Event Rent! I rented my linens from them for our wedding and they came in all different shades of white and was very noticeable the day of the wedding causing last minute stress on our big day. They did give us partial refund, but still was a major inconvenience on our wedding day.

It was our first time to have our family Fourth of July party out here on our farm. We had over 75 people come.
Event Rent was so good to us. We were able to get the items that we wanted, the canopy, the big grill and the snow cone machine, which LOL was the hit of the party. 🎉
Employees were very polite they really helped make our family get together a wonderful experience and I just want to tell them “thank you” so very much we will definitely be using them again next year they are the best.

I ordered a fountain for a party and was told what the price was, after I gave all my contact information an additional $10 fee was added with no explanation. The lady I spoke to was rude and since I didn't have time to shop around I just paid what they said when I picked it up. The same lady I spoke to on the phone was rude when I was there in person. I won't use them again.

Delivery/pick up on time. The equipment could be in a bit better shape. I’d suggest taking care of the items so they look nice for the clients renting them. The table tops were the worst, if there weren’t linens we wouldn’t have been able to use the tables, the tops were in that bad of shape, legs were a bit off and wobbly as well.

We rented a 20 x 30 canape tent, 6 tables and 48 chairs for Grannies 90th Birthday party. The lady on the phone was very polite and professional. The 3 guys that came out to set it up and 3 different guys that took it down were Hard workers, professional and did a fantastic job. They were in and out in no time. I definitely would rent here again.

Outstanding, start to finish! This is the first time I used a rental company for tables to set-up in our community garage sale and all I can say is WOW! I had exposure to a few different ladies, during the overall process, and everyone was so nice and courteous without exception. Prices were reasonable and loved the fact they stayed open until 4pm on last day of garage sale so tables could be returned...I will definitely use, and ALWAYS recommend, Event Rent again when the opportunity presents itself...thank you for great customer service Event Rent!

We use Event Rent every year for our school auction and this year was no different. Rebecca was my new BFF by the end of the event. iI think I called everyday with changes and what not and she didn't even hesitate to help and reassure me that it was no big deal. I can't say enough about this company and their stellar customer service and fantastic management and employees. They did amazing work for my wedding reception, going above and beyond and again for my little sisters wedding. And just recently they helped in a tremendous way with a fundraiser we are doing for our dear friend who has stage 4 cancer. I use the assistance of an outside rental company on a very regular basis. Event Rent is my go-to choice, when the need arises. I have rented everything from a few linens, to hundreds of pieces of dinnerware, to large scale tents and dance floors. Whatever you need, they have it! If they don't, they will do their best to find it for you.
The staff is always helpful, friendly and accommodating. The business is locally owned and operated, which always adds that little extra sense of attention to service. The delivery crew is always on time and willing to go the extra mile without complaint
