From start to finish Johnson Autobody was great to work with! Everyone in the office was very helpful and nice. I kept calling almost every day to check on my car and I was always met with kindness when talking to anyone! I would honestly recommend Johnson Autobody to anyone and everyone! Top notch customer service!!! Also when I got my car back they vacuumed and cleaned my car, my tires where shinny and my car looked great!

After a recent accident, a friend recommended Johnson Auto Body, indicating they were very pleased with the finished product. In response, I took my Honda Crosstour for an estimate and, upon receiving the final figures, authorized the work to repair the damages. My Lexus IS 250 was side swiped over the driver side rear tire and bumper. Johnson Auto Body fixed the damages quickly. When I arrived they gave me an estimate and expected completion time. Throughout the process they called and texted me status updates which was so helpful for my planning. My car looks better than it has in years! I am completely satisfied with my experience and will continue being a loyal customer. Johnson Auto Body is in Knightdale but right at the Raleigh/Knightdale line at the top of New Bern Ave--not too far from anywhere for great service!

My Subaru Crosstrek had been rear ended. Took it to Johnson Auto Body. Two weeks later I got my car back and looks like new. Great communication through whole process. They handled the insurance claim which was smooth as glass. Enterprise rental is just down the street and Johnson called them for me. I was picked up at Johnson. Whole process was painless. I would recommend anyone take there car there first. You will not be disappointed.

This is THE place to take your vehicle for body work if you live in the Raleigh/Knightdale area! Even if I moved to another county, it would be worth the drive to have peace of mind to know my vehicle would be given back to me in perfect condition. They have repaired my car twice when I have had wrecks so I know I didn't just get lucky the first time.
