I had the best experience at American Laser med spa! From the beginning to the end and from making appointments for my convenience, there was not one complaint. Alyssa was there throughout the whole experience and she was so sweet! She always made sure I was comfortable and always asked me if the levels were okay. She was super fun and always so accommodating and when she would explain things she made me feel more confident and less nervous. I highly recommend American Laser med spa thanks to Alyssa!

Update: I am very happy with both my treatment and customer service now that I have switched to the Amarillo location, and I do plan to use them as my primary location from now on.
The customer service seemed friendly at first, however every appointment I had was “unfortunately conflicting with another appointment” and they told me last minute that I needed to reschedule. I live over an hour and a half away from this location, so I had serious scheduling restrictions at baseline. I discussed this concern when I had my consultation, and the manager Sarah assured me they would be able to work

Katy is simply amazing! Always friendly and greets me when I walk in. I have had several laser hair removal treatments and facials, and each time she is always professional, knowledgeable and answers all my questions (even though some of them are redundant). She is the best! I highly recommend her to everyone!

Worst place to go!!! The dr is a scam artist himself. He doesn't care about his employees or patients only about getting money, which is why his turnover rate is out the roof in each one of his clinics. He will hire anyone, even if they've never held a laser and have them run his entire clinic with absolutely zero training. Stay clear from this place, there are plenty of other laser places that are cheaper and better for laser hair removal! He also re-uses microneedling cartridges, which is disgusting. Take this advice from a former employee! You all have been warned!!

I started treatments here in May of 2018 with a staff that didn't know what they were doing. Ever since November 2018 they have changed the company for the better!! Staff is very attentive to detail and knowledgeable. Kimberlee does an amazing job and makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone in the midland area!!!

This was absolutely a horrendous experience. They've cancelled on me twice in the last few weeks. One with no notice until I showed up and the door was locked. Getting laser removal requires a strict schedule of every 6-8 weeks, so when you skip out, it becomes useless and you need to basically go more times to get results. Luckily, I'm only out $100 from a Groupon, but other women were outside who have spent $2,000.00 for larger areas. Do NOT trust these people with your money. People that were on payment plans were calling their credit card companies to stop payment immediately.

I never post reviews but this place is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I signed up for the auto draft of $99 a month. They cancelled my appts for 3 months in a row with only giving me an hour notice each time. I've been trying to get my auto draft cancelled and a get refund for months. No one answers the phones or returns voice mails. I've had no luck with the midland office or corporate, I finally had to file a complaint with BBB.

Save your money and find somewhere better to get your laser and other cosmetic services done! Management here is horrible and unprofessional. They agree to give you great prices at the start, and then totally change the agreement once you are a couple treatments in. Scheduling appointments was also a horrendous process, i called 10 times before i had to go into the actual office to be scheduled in. I ended my services with them, and do not plan on ever going back. Do yourself the favor and do not go here.

I had no issues with American Laser Med Spa when Jessica was still working there but since she has left this place has quickly gone downhill. The girls working there now lack experience, professionalism, and customer service skills. I have never been treated so poorly in all my life. I would suggest going somewhere else for any cosmetic procedures. This place is not worth your time, money, energy or effort. I will be terminating my business with them.
