I started and ran a successful Air Conditioning and Heating company in the Phoenix area since 1999. In 2012 I sold the company to go into real estate full time. I have since been buying, and selling homes for myself and clients. Lenny Behie was very difficult to work with. He was the other agent on a house we recently purchased which was a house he had personally flipped. He agreed to fix a bunch of issues - pool equipment, irrigation leaks, unmatched key/locks but neglected to do so. He also refused to accept the correct price for the house based on appraisals. I would not want to deal with this realtor ever again!

When it comes to a great experience in the buy and sell your home world, I have to say that Lenny behie was awesome. The follow through and communication we all their. I have referred Lenny to other friends and family along the way and each person has been happy as well. So if your looking for a realtor in Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale or where ever in Maricopa county I would say you wouldn't be happier!

We were looking for a house in the Northwest Valley. Lenny helped us find the exact floor plan we were looking for and negotiated an amazing deal with the sellers.
