The staff at Chino Valley Pharmacy have worked in retail for many years. We have experienced the good and the bad of retail pharmacy. Large corporations have complicated the practice of pharmacy, and taken away the personable feel many look for. We want to take care of the people we serve, helping in any way possible.
It brightens up our day when someone leaves the pharmacy with a smile, and knowing they have been cared for. We are always free to answer a question, give advice, make a recommendation and evaluate ways we can help or save someone money. We desire to fill the important role in healthcare that a pharmacy has the potential to do.

If you want to pay the highest price in town then this is your place. Fry's has me script for 130 and that's without insurance here at this pharmacy it was double the price. Know for sure will never be back. So for all the new residents coming in like me go somewhere else if you want to save your hard earned dollars.

Chino Valley Pharmacy for the win!!!
I will never go back to Walgreens. Was able to get a rapid test in less than 30 minutes. It came back positive. They didn't just give me the results. The tech talked to me for five minutes afterwards. Gave me a few pointers. This conversation helped me feel better and comfortable. For the past two years I have noticed customers service is disappearing. I found it at Chino Valley Pharmacy!

A great pharmacy the staff is kind, efficient, diligent, patient they are everything that Walgreens and Safeway pharmacies used to be, the mantle of great service etc clearly is with Chino Valley Pharmacy. While no business is perfect people are Fallible and to be honest our Insurance system is an absolute nightmare, for any party to willingly deal with this behemoth of sadistic dysfunction and greatly succeed most of the time is truly a skill. My experience with this pharmacy during an issue or problem has been few and far, yet if a problem does arise my experience has been largely a pleasant

Prices to high. First told me $60 then started arguing and they dropes it down to $29 there a rip off because there are a privately owned pharmacies. Don’t work with and insurance. Safeway is cheaper and accept GoodRX. They just want to earn money off of people who don’t have great memory. I’ve already reported them to the BBB and they are going to handle the situation

I just love our small town pharmacy that performs like a professional big city pharmacy except for big city attitude! Very efficient, friendly staff. Larry is always pleasant to work with. I will never use the big corporation pharmacies in the area again. Class act team of professionals that genuinely care!

We left our other pharmacy because of rudeness. Over time 3 different pharmacists treated us that way. Then we decided to try CHINO VALLEY PHARMACY. Jason was kind, helpful and fulfilled our prescriptions quickly. He helped me find the best prices, too, with quantity prescriptions. His store carries items that can be hard to find in other shops. And the place is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. Also, there are a number of employees helping and they are all friendly and efficient. Thanks, Jason!

I have been using this pharmacy for some time and they are always amazing. I'm always treated well and they have worked with me when I am getting ready for a trip and want my medicine filled before I go. A+

After a complete computer outage due to a lightning strike these folks are jumping through all the hoops to get everything back in order while still giving five star service. You just don't find places like this anymore. Very refreshing to see "REAL" customer service in this day.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful pharmacy. These guys literally saved me today. After a week of dealing with my previous pharmacy and the horrible experience they've continued to put me through. I gave in and decided it was time for a change. And I am SO glad I did. They were more than helpful, relieved so much stress. Thank you guys so much. You will now be my main pharmacy. After getting very frustrated with my previous pharmacy, which I've gone to for many years, I heard about Chino Valley Pharmacy. I thought it couldn't hurt to try. I could not have been happier! I get two prescriptions every month and they were able to put it on an automatic refill and will text me when they are ready. I have to admit, I was holding my breath when it came time to pay, but it came to less than I've been paying at the other place. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I didn't really look at what all is on their shelves, but plan to make it my regular shopping

I decided to try out this new pharmacy after my appointment at the Walk-in clinic next door. The pharmacy is well stocked & the people at the counter are very friendly. My prescription was called in by my nurse practitioner & after giving my insurance card, the technician said it would be 15 min. I decided to go to McDonalds & while I was waiting in line (less than 5 min later) I received a text that my Rx was ready for pickup. They were much faster than Walgreens & I will continue to get my meds there
