Mark and Curtis have done a great job of taking care of me. They made sure all maintenance was done and ready for me to drive out. They also replaced the stereo system (which the person who had the car previously didn’t know how to install). I now have an awesome vehicle with an awesome sound system 😎😎😎😎😎

Do not buy from this place.
First of all, Mark will talk your head off. He's your typical car salesman.
We purchased a van from Schaell in August 2018. It is now April 2019 and we've already had to replace the front passenger side sway bar, serpentine belt and the power steering -- $2,200 worth of work.
The satellite radio stopped working 2 weeks after purchase. Mark said he would fix it for us but ordered the wrong part and made that entire process incredibly frustrating so I gave up. We have two small children and couldn't keep going back to Hendersonville from where we live

These guys were awesome to work with! Mark deals with you with integrity and honesty. Curtis works hard to make sure the cars are right before the sale and if it isn't he makes sure to fix it. I love that if there's an issue, they're there to help. Will definitely check back when its time to get another "student" car.

We have purchased 2 cars from Schaell Motors and have been happy with our purchases thus far. My son's Jetta gives an excellent ride, good on gas, and it looks great. However, the button for the gas had problems because it popped out. Upon discovery of the button issue, Mark at Schaell had it repaired in a couple of days. We will continue to buy cars from Schaell Motors given the quality and value. Thus far we are vary happy. Thanks Schaell!
