Highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a commercial hood. From beginning to end, Dan was patient and thorough explaining all of the components and answering all of my questions. Hoods are complicated and Dan walked through all of our options and was very organized and communicated well. We also had a lot of people to coordinate (electrician, HVAC, ansul, alarm guys, and more!) and Dan was available and made sure everybody was on the same page.
