From the initial contact with Henderson to the thorough inspection of the garage doors to the installation of two new garage door openers, service was impeccable! Derek arrived right on time and worked diligently to make sure all systems were in perfect order! He ran into a small glitch that caused him to use more of his time than he’d anticipated, but he was absolutely undeterred and worked until the problem was solved! I am infinitely pleased with Henderson, and, should a need arise, I will definitely request Derek as my technician! I would highly recommend Henderson for any garage door related

Derek was wonderful to work with! We woke up one morning and couldn't get out of our garage! Henderson was able to come out later that day and determine we needed a new spring. Called on Friday and they were here Tuesday am 1st thing. Gave me options/prices of repairing my old garage door opener versus installing new one. Very professional courteous service tech. After installation, he synced our old remotes, car installed push button remote, and helped us download opener app onto our smart phones. Good service. Good product. Good price. I highly recommend.
