The core mission that underlies all our services is ensuring we offer the best Tulsa County veterinary care from a talented staff within a warm, welcoming state-of-the-art facility.

Radiographs (X-rays) are extremely helpful for diagnosing and monitoring many medical and surgical conditions. X-rays are useful in examining your pet's bones, lungs, heart, abdomen, oral cavity and other areas of the body. An X-ray can spot a fractured bone, detect tumors, help with the diagnosis of heartworm disease or locate an obstruction or foreign body in your pet's intestines or stomach.
Each year, millions of pets go missing and many don't make it back home. Microchipping your pet is a safe, simple and effective way to prevent this tragedy. About the size of a grain of rice, identification microchips are encoded with your pet's vital information and implanted beneath the skin, usually between the shoulder blades.
Surgery for a beloved pet is never an easy choice to make. Even the simplest procedure has its risks and we want to always feel confident we are making the best choice for our companion. To that end, River Trail Animal Hospital provides our clients with a clear understanding of why a particular procedure is necessary, what the procedure entails, and proper post-operative care.

Yesterday, July 19th, 2021, was one of the hardest things my husband and I have had to do. Our precious Tucker Bedwell was diagnosed with bone cancer and we had to make the decision to let him go. Dr. Seth George and ( I'm sorry), I don't remember the young lady that was with us, but they were awesome....they were compassionate, patient and helped us through the process step by step. It was a heartbreaking experience and we are so thankful that they were there to help us through it....God Bless You and Thank you for everything

Great place! Highly recommend to everyone with fur babies! They've got an awesome staff, starting with the girls at the front desk that greet you with a welcoming, friendly smile as soon as you walk in the door! Then continuing with a wonderful doctor who's got some really great assistants that make you feel as if your pet's health and overall care is don't top priority! Which you don't find that kind of service just anywhere, Thanks So Much!

I made a down payment of 1,000 for my very sick pup and because the Holiday was upon us he was DC'D the next day and should have been kept. The Vet informed me the plan was to update me on Friday morning and then I'm told he was ready to go home! We pd over $800.00 and our pup didn't receive the professional care he deserved. If they wanted to close for the Holiday they should have advised us to go elsewhere! Our pup passed right before Thanksgiving Dinner #2020.

This is an amazing vet and Lodge my Dog once got lost 20+ Miles from home someone took her to River trail animal hospital out on memorial. Instead of charging me for her staying there they chipped Grace and charged me half price. These people showered my Gracie with love..... 199% animal lovers and great people
