They sold my brother a new unit that was actually used! Now they are refusing to give warranty work or service the a/c unless he puts in all new ductwork via them of course. After two months it quit working and he opened it all up and it's filled with dirt. When they brought in the machine it wasn't even in a box.

IF I COULD MARK 0 stars i would!!!Horrible quality work. Terrible management. Absolute nightmare to work for company. Made prior arrangements for personal vehicle mileage compensation and they totally lied about it and fired me right after without any kind of reimbursement. Then claimed they never agreed upon anything. Obviously wouldn’t have used my truck if that were the case. Horrible management super unprofessional. Thought all the horror stories were wrong oh hell no. Just as bad as they say it is

Our air handler fan went out on the Sunday night before Memorial Day. We left a message at Accu-Temp and also reached out to several other AC companies, however by 10am on Memorial Day, we had a call-back and before 11am, Chuck (the owner) was at our door and accessing our options(we still have not heard from the other companies we reached out to). We knew for a while that we needed to replace our entire AC unit since it was 16 years. Chuck explained our options and we personally felt to just get a new unit rather than throw money on the old one. Within 48 hours, we had a new unit installed and

They were on time, very polite, very knowledgeable, neat, explained the whole system and answered all my questions. The owner even stopped by to meet me and check to make sure everything was going well with the installation.

Complete deal was spot on. Made appointment to visit my home and access my needs. Russ was very friendly and professional. My system was 30 years old. Still working but obviously needed a refresh. Settle on a Diakin system for a set price. Next week install also was very professional. Techs came to my home on time and ready to work. Did an outstanding job on the install and did a lot f work not in the agreed scope of work to make it right. The system works awesomely. Looks great and is so quiet. I whole heartedly recommend this company. Price sold was price i stalled. No BS and no up sells.
