I've had no complaints since renting with Rock Blue back in October 2020, and hope to continue to rent my home with them. Carolyne was very pleasant and accommodating.
We've had one issue with the furnace in our home, but once alerted, the property management and maintenance team assisted and responded promptly and professionally.
We try to keep up with the home ourselves and don't have to reach out often, but the plus side to renting with this company is knowing that in the event that something unfortunate happens, they will handle the situation with care.
