wow reschedule again and again how can you operate with only 1 template person and set appts for noon get a hotel and get to a customer 1st thing in the morning. poor service glad i went to a company that called me back THE same day buying product at the box store. yall took 3 weeks.

Very poor customer service won’t return your phone calls won’t stand behind the work they did had a marble countertop they put in damaged my cabinet door damaged my refrigerator drilled the holes wrong for the faucet they refused to help me with any of these Issues installers were terrible they brought no tools had the loan out a level a pencil a razor blade a hammer these guys didn’t know what they were doing.gave one star because the countertop is nice looking just beware before purchasing ask a lot of questions make sure they do it right

Did no caulking, were very unfriendly at install. Threw out my faucet and then had to pick it out of the trash. Installers had no paperwork at all. Had no idea what the balance due was and provided no receipt!! Apparently this company has no idea what that is? I had to call several times in order for them to "create" a receipt for me. Totally crazy. Only one of the 2 installers wore a mask. Bad attitude.

The countertops are beautiful; however, they were (per our contractor and installers) not cut appropriately at the warehouse for our sink and the installation resulted in lesser-than-desired results (large 1/4" or more gap on the back corner that was filled in with epoxy and silicone along with large silicone filling around the entire perimeter to hide 1/8-1/4" gap between counter and sink).
The installers were very professional and polite; however, they were not trained nor familiar regarding the installation of the counter around our particular sink (raised farmhouse). I would imagine a good

Product choices are great and staff was easy to work with. Installation went very smooth. A couple of very minor issues were noticed after the install and a crew was dispatched immediately and corrected the issues quickly. Installers were careful, conscientious and polite.

We hired Granite Works to install granite countertops in our kitchen. We had multiple problems with the office staff, with the install teams and with upper management. When they first came with our granite it was in two pieces. We paid an extra $500 to have one seam. The install team told us our cupboards weren't leveled and that we'd have to hire a contractor to fix this before they could install. This was never mentioned during the template measurement day. When they returned with the granite in two pieces rather than three they told us there was one small scratch in the granite and
