I purchased a 2011 Axis from the used boat center in January. Had an appointment for 8am on Monday morning to test ride the boat. Waited about an hour for them to finish their morning meeting before they even spoke to us. I should have left then. In the end I bought the boat, they had it winterized, and I took it home. Come April I got the… boat out and serviced it. The boat ran about 15 min and then would not start. I could not figure out what was wrong so I called Singleton. They let me speak with a technician, and he told me some things to check. I checked them and the boat still would

Pretty much every experience I have had with them has been far less than stellar. I actually bought my boat there and wish I had driven to lake Lanier to the other location to buy it. I’ve been waiting for… almost 2 years to get the back seat reupholstered because it was delivered with a tip on it. I’ve gotten maybe 3 calls back over the past 2 years and absolutely nothing accomplished. They ordered a seat cover and when it arrived that never delivered it to my the company that was supposed to instal it. When the upholster finally got it, they refused to install it because it

Worst boat service experience ever from Harris/Singleton. Took almost 3 months to replace pontoons from Harris manufacturing while dry docked! Then, storm destroyed my Bimini on August 3, 2020 while dry docked at Singleton Marine Service Center and it's now October 22, 2020 and still no word from Singleton or Harris manufacturing as to an ETA!!! I've heard of "lean manufacturing" but this is absurd and terrible service!!!

In May of 2020, I purchased a very expensive 2019 Malibu Wakesetter 21 VLX from a local dealer in Gainesville, Ga. Almost immediately, the hull began to blister after only 28 hours of engine life. Malibu has flatly refused to repair the hull. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the boat I purchased and the customer service from Malibu.… I made a considerable financial investment in this boat, and I feel strongly that I was sold a defective product. I have tried in good faith to negotiate with Malibu, but the company refuses to stand behind their product and address and correct

Sad, sad, sad. Emailed about the 2018 MXZ 21 for sale now on 4 separate occasions. Wanted interior pics and got the used car sales pitch all 4 times that they did not have any and when did I want to put my wife and young kids in the car for an hour drive to come see that boat or another one that they couldn't show any interior photos of.
