We had just purchased a new Kitchen Aid induction range, two weeks before and found the control panel to be loose. The three screws holding it on were loose and the bottom panel (control panel) not secure. Leopoldo arrived as scheduled, quickly assessed the problems and found not only the three screws loose but discovered two more screws missing. They had not been installed at the factory. He installed the two screws and realigned the control panel and tightened the remaining three screws. He also went out of his way and gave us some helpful tips on cleaning and care of our new Induction range

Leopoldo was amazing. On time, courteous, even greeted our dogs and made them feel safe! He even gave us bonus tips for my washer machine care, and he was here for the dishwasher! I've used this company for years and have never been disappointed.

Jeff was dispatched to our home to identify and rectify a leak in the water line of our refrigerator. On his 1st visit, he confirmed the leak by seeing water stains but couldn't actually see the leak. He charged us $125 for the visit which came with a 90 day warranty. After a week or so, we called back and scheduled a return inspection because the leak started to be more constant. Fortunately, he saw the point of leaking and ordered a $355 part to solve the problem. Though it took weeks to secure the part, he returned. Since I didn't know how to shut off the water in our new home, he had to return

The service tech Aaron was excellent, polite and knowledgeable. Inform me of what the problem with my refrigerator was and approximately how long he would have to take to get it fixed. He was running a few minutes late on the original appointment time but texted me to let me know what his new ETA would be and arrived at that time. You finish the work at a very timely manner and was very informative and helpful. Absolutely would use ATS again.

Marty just left our house, he was on time, extremely professional and super nice. He gave us great tips on the maintenance of our dishwasher, and took the time to explain to me what the issue was! He was absolutely wonderful! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Called about an oven that wasn't coming to temperature properly. It took almost a week to get a repairman out - when he came, he recommended a new broiler burner (which wasn't what I called about, but the oven is old, so ok) & a new ignition burner assembly. Total - $471. It took another week for the parts to come in. Installed both parts, & it worked fine when he left; 3 days later when I try to use the oven - same problem.
Call again & they send the same guy. He was courteous & polite, admitted that he wasn't quite sure what the problem was, but that he had one

I was referred to them by Bosch for a covered repair on new machines. My washer leaked. The service man from Authorized Technical Services said I used too much detergent. I lowered the amount to very little (1 tsp) and it still leaked. Called them again and same repair person came. He yelled at me too much detergent and left. I called the office to complain and they were quite nasty and said if they came again they would charge me. Bosch gave me another authorized service. Their service man ran the washer for a few minutes and found the problem. The gasket on the door was replaced and the machine

After six weeks and three trips to our house to "repair" a small problem that still allowed us to use our dishwasher, the technician shorted out two circuit boards making our machine unusable. I called and left a message for the service manager to call me and he finally did the next day. He admitted his technician screwed up and he assured me that he would contact me with an ETA on the parts as soon as they were ordered. I did not receive a call today, so I can only assume the parts did not get ordered or customer service is not important to this company. Either way, a reputable company

Tech came out and claimed our $1500 dollar ref cost new $15000 and would cost $1500 to fix. He couldnt figure out how to remove lower drawer and gave up and claimed he didnt know how to work on my frigidair.
He then gave us an estimate of $850 to repair ?! Didnt lift a finger to do any troubleshooting. This company came highly recommended but apparently the "good techs" dont work my area.

I called ATS because my stove was broken. Not only were they kind, they made sure to work around my schedule by calling me the morning of, and while they were on the way to make sure I was home.
The tech was able to fix it that day, and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. They are now my go-to for all my repairs.
