They are truly awesome. I recently moved to the area and was shopping for insurance, and they not only were the cheapest for the best coverage, but I was blown away by how responsive they were. Josh completely sold me when he told me “We are locally owned, so any time you give us a call you talk to us directly.” No call centers, no robots, you just immediately talk to their office when you call. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody.

I worked with Zach at Josh Capral State Farm. He was knowledgeable and one question that I insisted must be a written clarification was their definition of "Hurricane." They have a higher deductible than I had before for "hurricane" damage because I live 3 miles from Long Island Sound. Zach went the EXTRA mile, got it all defined in writing for me.
This accommodation to my needs, his knowledge and his much lower prices for almost the same insured coverage on home, umbrella liability and auto made me sign up with him later the same day.
I can recommend Zachary Walter.

I needed several insurance updates from State Farm recently and worked with Jess at the Capral Agency. She spent a good deal of time with me and I appreciated the quick f/u by phone and email. Never a problem reaching her or a colleague with a question.( 5 stars for customer service.) Would not hesitate to use this agency again.
