I needed an inspection for my home insurance. Ron came out and arrived at the scheduled time. He was totally professional and polite. He was a wealth of information on the house which I had just purchased. He conducted a thorough inspection and answered my many questions. After being "ghosted" by a couple companies, I contacted Ron at Certified Plumbing Services. Ron responded to my voice mail right away. After agreeing to the price, the project was completed timely and very professionally. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I highly recommend Certified Plumbing Services! Other contractors should learn about how to do business (returning phone calls, not standing up a customer) from Ron.

I called Ron on a Monday morning after our hot water heater went out on Saturday. He offered to come over on Monday, but we were unavailable. He came over first thing Tuesday morning to assess the situation and was able to install the new water heater Tuesday afternoon. I didn't get to meet Ron in the morning, as I was at work, but since I came home in the afternoon, he made the effort to come over to introduce himself while his employee was completing the work.
