All leases come with as-is clauses. Make sure you read the fine print. Property manager gives run around. Outlets in salon cannot handle current load and its MY responsibility to replace. No one thinks to let dryers run in salon before signing lease. ITS A SALON that should be a given. Makes no sense. Will not be renewing lease.
