I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted at HotWax a few weeks ago and had a great experience. I was in and out (had an appointment I made online), and my brows looked great. The service is great, and I thought the prices were reasonable and within the normal range for the services. Mimi was really excellent. I will definitely be back in a few weeks!

I can't recommend HotWax enough! I have now been twice for waxing and won't go anywhere else as long as I live in Baltimore. Olivia did my Brazilian and leg wax the first time and Mittal the second time. They were both wonderful, friendly and professional and really made the experience quick and as low-pain as possible. I was nervous and feeling a bit awkward and embarrassed since I am fairly new to waxing, but they both made me feel at ease. I was also amazed by how quick the process was and how smooth and nice my skin felt afterwards.

Mimi was so lovely! It was my first time getting waxed so I was super nervous and called in advance. This place is amazing! Mittal did my Brazilian a few weeks ago and she was amazing! It was my first time waxing since my c section. She made me feel so comfortable and made the process as painless as possible. My scar and the area near it wasn’t bothered at all by the wax. She also did a great job with my eyebrows! She rocks!

I found my esthetician! MELISSA is amazing! I have tried other places and not so “smooth,” let's say. She gave me the best Brazilian I have ever had, and I have been waxing for about ten years now. She was quick and very attentive to detail. She made me feel so comfortable, like I had known her for years. I also had a brow wax and lash lift with a tint, and OMFG was life-changing. I can not express enough how much I appreciate her taking the time to explain to me the process (I get nervous with things around my eyes) and putting me at ease. 10 out of 10, I will be back for sure.

I came here for Dermaplanning to help with hyper pigmentation on my nose. 2 yrs ago, Mittal did my lashes and mentioned she could fix the hyper pigmentation. I didn't take her up on it then. Recently I feel like the brown spot on my nose got even more noticeable and I was sad seeing it in pictures (especially bad in severe lighting) and in the mirror everyday. I wish I would have listened to Mittal earlier. I was so amazed by the results! When I looked in the mirror after she finished, I started to cry. I still can't believe it, but it's barely even visible now. I was so excited

I always feel so good walking in.. they really know how to set the vibe! It was my first time getting my brows and lip threaded and Mimi did such a great job (didn't hurt THAT much). I also got my lashes lifted and tinted. Highly recommend. Super friendly and calming experience

I hardly ever leave reviews, but Mimi did such an incredible job on my lash lift and threaded eyebrow. The salon is very clean and beautiful on the inside. I've been getting my lashes done for years and they have NEVER looked as good as they did when Mimi finished with them. 10/10 recommend!

I had my first appointment with Olivia at this location yesterday and it was by far the best Brazilian I’ve ever had! Olivia was thorough but quick and nice. She gave me some great product recommendations and gave me some great advice on how to deal with some issues I want to target. I’ve dealt with some pretty bad waxing situations in the past and have gone to a few different people while looking for just what I needed, but I think I’ve finally found my spot!

Mittal was great. I tried the sugar wax and she did my eye brows. I was in and out in 15 minutes and I couldn't be happier with the results. Definitely recommend coming here and seeing Mittal!

So I have a bit of a two way lens here. So the gentleman went in for his first Man Brazilian Wax thing..or whatever they call it lol. He was concerned about his first wax and the women there were more than willing to answer his questions. He mentions that Nattel made him feel welcome and helped ease the awkwardness that comes with someone seeing your genitals.

I have been going to HotWax for waxes with Brittany for a few months now, and will never go anywhere else as long as I am in the Baltimore area. She is very warm and friendly, while still maintaining professionalism required for the job. When it comes to waxing, she knows her stuff, and uses a mix of different types of waxes.

When I visit her monthly, I am in and out in no time with as little pain as possible. Truly, she and HotWax make waxing drama and trauma-free. Tack on very reasonable and competitive prices and easy scheduling, and you've got a gem in Hampden.

Lindsay is calm and confident and most reassuring as waxing my eyebrows was something I thought I had given up - too painful. But Lindsay was quick and I never felt a thing. I definitely will be back again as needed.
