The service my family and I have received after 2 months of dealing with the Herbert & Weiss “Law Firm” (I put this in quotes because thus far they have been nothing more than a scam happy to take our money and not do any work) has been atrocious. It’s been over 2 months since my family hired the services of this “Law Firm” to draft a document for my family and she still hasn’t even sent us a copy. We have called and emailed hundreds of times and have received some of the worst customer I have seen for any business in my 22 years of life. I have every intention to get what I paid for

During the course of my divorce I went through 3 different attorneys (2) of the 3 are located in Bergen County. Zero out of the three fought for me. Matter of fact they all they talked about with me was how much money I will have to pay.
Recently I had my child support raised due to COLA’s 2 year review. I was let go due to covid a week later.
I filed that motion on my own and it was immediately shot down. I read about Ms. Stacey Torres. Ms. Torres ( as well as the balance of Herbert and Weiss’s) staff spoke about money with me once. From there on out it was all business. Ms. Torres was calm

I met both Helene and Helayne when beginning the difficult process of divorce. Both women were understanding, compassionate and kind. Lori Kolin was about the best thing to happen to me during my divorce. While that doesn’t seem like a very high bar it meant the world to me. I was about ready to throw in the towel when I decided to try a retaining new council. Lori was that council.
