We came to Family Martial Arts in search of an activity to help our son build esteem, confidence, respect, discipline and active listening. I can honestly say that this is hands down the best thing I have ever invested in for my son. He is more confident, happier and doing better in school.
Best Martial Arts Institute!

One of the best decisions we've made for our boys was enrolling them in Family Martial Arts. Instructors are fun, and very patient, they really care about the students and give 100% of themselves.

Our family are huge fans of Family Martial Arts in Enid. I've been taking my grandson there for well over a year. He's almost 5 1/2 now and even at his young age, he has benefitted in so many ways from this great activity. It's a good workout, it's teaching him discipline, balance, and coordination, the coaches are big, strong guys but remarkably… gentle and communicative with these little kids, and of course he is learning wonderful self-defense skills, as well as the self-MASTERY that karate teaches. Alex, Justin, Zach, and crew--we can't recommend you strongly enough! We are very grateful

My son loves Family Martial Arts. We have been attending about 2 months now, and his attention and focus has improved tremendously already. The instructors are incredible and beyond patient with the students! I recommend to anyone wanting to do better than the day before!

I have been involved with Family Martial Arts a little over a year and I can honestly say I am sad to be moving away! My dad and I always wanted take Martial Arts together, it was our dream. FMA helped my dad and I achieve that dream. It was always a blast to go to class!
About 6 months after I started classes at Family Martial Arts, I had the blessing to be a part of their wonderful staff! Not only is the staff (Mr. Justin, Zach, and Alex) so encouraging and positive on the mat, but off the mat they are exactly the same!

My son has attended classes at the Enid location for 5 months and has learned so much. He gets a great physical workout, memorizes forms, and does character building including confidence, focus, and family. They learn different weapons, grappling, and techniques. Parents are encouraged to watch. The instructor, Justin, is the best teacher I've ever seen. He is amazing with the kids, even the difficult ones. It's worth every single penny.

Great atmosphere! I love what a difference it has made for both my kids self esteem and accountability. Also great to have as a classroom visitor. My kindergarteners still talk about Mr.Alex’s visit.

My 8 year old daughter and five year old son recently started classes at Family Martial Arts.

Here are a few of my observations.

1) We were warmly welcomed with a free 1 on 1 introduction session with the owner, Alex. He helped the children feel included and confident. He demonstrated the perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness.

2) After one introduction, the instructor, Justin, remembered both my children's names. In fact, he knew every child's name. He also was able to manage a class full of active children.

3) Family Martial Arts focuses on age appropriate character

Our son has been in the Dragons program for almost a year and has loved it! Justin and Zach are incredible with these kids. They are creative, patient, fun, and firm when needed. Even our 1 year daughter loves going to watch our son's classes! It is a very open and comfortable atmosphere. We are so glad to have found them!

There is a place for your child at Family Martial Arts! The instructors are kind, consistent, knowledgable, and encouraging. When you walk into Family Martial Arts you actually feel like part of the family. I highly recommend!

I wish I could give Family Martial Arts 10 stars! Mr. Justin and Mr. Zach are two of the most patient and energetic teachers that I have ever met. My son has been attending martial arts classes here for almost a year. I have never heard the instructors raise their voices or show any frustration. They are natural teachers who love what they do. They encourage everyone in their classes to do their best no matter what abilities or challenges they have.

We are ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with our decision to start our 4 year old at the Family Martial Arts. They gave us ample opportunities to try out before making any commitments. As parents of an Energizer bunny who loves to be silly and goof around and to whom focus is a strange concept, we were very concerned, but Mr. Justin and Mr Zach have patience beyond measure.
