I met Caroline Fuller during what has to have been the worst time to buy a house in recent memory. COVID had driven the market for semirural houses - like the ones I was shopping for in Sebastopol - totally insane. Sellers were changing their minds and staying put or holding out for far more money than homes were actually worth; buyers were climbing over each other to bid up the prices on anything that would give them some breathing room. Through it all, Caroline kept beating the bushes and finding me things to look at in my price range, often getting me in through her connections for early looks

My experience was amazing. I felt heard, understood, supported, and protected. This is a smart team lead by a brilliant and clever woman. She moved mountains for me and did it with joy in her heart. I never thought such a stressful time could be FUN!!!!! I had a complicated scenario and she took it on like a champ. I will always be thankful to her.
