Upon my return for the remote, I was in and out of there in like forty seconds, half of that was the honest apology, and wishes for my safe trip back out to Ohio. The system got quite a bit of use during the six hour drive, and everything works perfect. Armando Sound solved a problem for me. I've had a CD stuck in my car CD player for quite a few months now.
The last time I took it to the Dealer, Northside Toyota (see that review if you are considering a visit) they told me they would have to remove the player and SHIP IT to the manufacturer. And that would cost Blah-blah-blah this much, which was too much. So I checked my neighborhood Yellow Pages, found Armando Sound, and they got out the CD with no problems for $35.00.

This is by far one of the best alarm shops in the city of Chicago , Moe the owner is a technician himself , and takes pride of what he does , I live in Du Page county and I have been going there for years , worth the drive all the way there , they had serviced multiple cars for me , ( alarms , remote starters , after market truck horns , fog lights , in addition to stereo and speakers work ) they are professionals , always a perfect job , and prices are very reasonable no doubt , well recommended

I left not even knowing the app I was using for the remote start eventually would start charging me $10 a month for a subscription to use my remote. That is something that I should have been told about by the person installing the remote start system in my car. had I known I never would have did the drone remote. They didn’t really help me after ward to show me how to use I had to ask them to come out and show me because I couldn’t figure it out on my own. I don’t know how they get so many positive reviews smh as I am on the phone with them they are leaving me on hold joking around while

After reading so many good reviews about this place, I went there to have a remote starter put on my car.
What an excellent place! Mo was helpful, friendly and professional. He explained the difference in prices was pretty much based on how far I plan to be from the car. He determined that I needed the lower cost one. As a female in an auto place, I usually feel like a rip-off just waiting to happen. But not here.
My car was ready on time, he showed me how to use the remote and it works perfectly.
I would highly recommend this place!

Staff and owner was nice however DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAN-AM SPYDER there. About a year ago, I took my Spyder there to have LED lights installed. The tech connected the lights to my main fuse box. This is a No, No! They also, used a fuse that was to big for the circuit(7amp). Therefore instead of the fuse blowing, it burned and if i did not notice the smell, It would have burned my entire fuse box. I just had to remove and replace over $250 worth of LED lights and have them wired correctly.

Went for a simple radio take out, and the Guys there helped me better than the retail stores, actually got a 1989 Lincoln, sounding like it was playing Vinyl records… Cost was way better than expected!!! I’m very happy with just checking them out and getting the Best deal ever… so Happy I’m returning to them with another customer.

Have come here twice in the past year. I had Armando sounds install my head unit and rear camera about a year ago and haven’t had an issue. Flawless install. Very professional and decent turn around time (few hours). Returned about a year later to have a sub installed and absolutely love it. The owner recommended a sub based on my description of what I wanted. I’m very particular about who touches my car but felt very safe with this place as the owners are very nice. I wanted to take the time to write this review for people looking for a reputable company that they can trust with their car

This place is racist and they will Rip you off your money I had my stereo system speakers and amplifier installed I paid $2700 for the whole system they overcharged to install the system and my high speakers were always blowing out they sell your garbage for the most of the money they can get to rip you out off your money

I had as excellent a shopping trip as possible to Armando Sounds earlier today. I bought a used car a week ago & I wanted to get Bluetooth installed. I went to Armando Sounds for the first time based only on location. A man named Kal helped me. Not only was he incredibly thorough and knowledgeable in letting me know my options, he offered to come outside to be sure that I knew what products & services that I actually needed. I decided that I​ was really sick of the audio system​ that came with my 2017 RAV 4. The map app was horrible! I went with these guys because​ of great reviews on Yelp.
They were worth every star ratting. Mohammed (Moe) the owner and his staff were​ fantastic​!!!
He made sure, I didn't​ buy more product then I​ needed, overlooked​ the complete installation​​,and was very patient with me, explaining the features to me after the installation​. It looks clean and beautiful!

These guys are awesome.
During the process of a complicated install they were doing for me (on equipment that I brought to them), they figured out that the specifications outlined by the manufacturer were wrong.
Instead of stopping there and telling me I was on my own, after multiple calls w/the manufacturer they figured out a workaround themselves using some additional parts that they they didn't even charge me for.
While I was waiting, I also had the opportunity to observe how they treated other customers, and it was with nothing but respect and understanding... even in one case where

I initially thought this place was great, this my 5-Star review. However, their work is extremely poor and rushed. I had a new stereo and back-up camera installed. I have a Jeep Wrangler so I was concerned about water damage. Therefore I requested that all connections be soldered and heat shrinked. I even stated that I would pay extra but they said that they would do it free of charge.... Well they didn't.
I came to find out that when hooking up my back-up camera, the technician obviously didn't know what he was doing. The technician spliced in to every wire connected to my rear tailight
