Las Ventanas Apartments is definitely the BEST place to rent in the local Alamogordo area. Well maintained and staff members are eager to help to ensure your stay is comfortable, enjoyable and happy. So far no negative experience with the complex. While my move-in inspection check-list did identify some areas needing to be addressed, both, Ms. Heisinger, Leasing Consultant and "Sunshine" were eager to help and quick to resolve within hours of notification on the day of my move-in. Both the office and maintenance crew exceeded expectations, and SO happy to call Las Ventanas my home. The added bonus

We just moved into the apartment at Las Ventanas and the staff were very friendly and responsive. Caela Heisinger was amazing and wonderful she helped us with whatever we needed to get done. She was very prompt and she made sure that whatever we needed she was there to help us. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and safe. I’d recommend this apartment place to anyone who wants to live in these wonderful apartments.

The staff was friendly and kind. Definitely helped me out a lot which means so much because I was absolutely nervous about getting stationed stateside for the first time ever. I like how the apartments and the neighborhood looks overall. Ms. Sunshine Avila was super helpful and kind, answered all of my questions. She was patient and set me up with a nice 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Overall, my experience was awesome. I'm giving it 5 stars.

DO NOT RENT AT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX! They do not respect military members, and no one in the staff is knowledgeable in their own company policies. You will be charged for every tiny thing on move out, even if they say you’re fine and there will be no charges! Every time I called with a question I got a different answer. In addition, I had to inform the apartment MANAGER Jennifer about how the military order section works in their own lease! This was by far the most incompetent staff I have ever dealt with in an apartment complex. If I would give them zero stars if I could.

Smoke and mirrors. Nickel and diming. They always say read the bad reviews first and it couldn't be more true for this place. No matter how much detailing you give the cleaning on your exit they are going to find a way to charge you extra fees even though they couldn't manage to set the standard themselves. From toilets that can't be repaired as too old to turn the water off to garbage show and smell on a regular basis be prepared to grin and bear it. Now the pool and gym are nice as they should be to entice you in BUT remember these facilities are supplied solely at the discretion of management
