They did a great job. Once the system and miscellaneous accessories arrived they installed everything in a little over a day. Passed inspection without issue. Overall good experience. The only issue, it took some time for vendors/parts to arrive which ultimately delayed the project. Not unusual in the current times we are in.

We are renting this property and the management company sent someone to repair the AC that went out. The repairman said it was an easy fix, but that he had to order a part. The part wouldn't be in until Tuesday (this was Friday). My husband called the property management company and said we needed someone else to look at it. Tristan from Trident came and within a 1/2 hour the AC was working. Another part was not needed. Tristan was very polite and thorough! We so appreciate him restoring our AC so quickly! I highly recommend Trident!

They were knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. They were able to come out quickly to resolve the issues and we will definitely use them again.

The team at Trident Mechanical went above and beyond to fix our air conditioning unit. I asked multiple questions and the staff was extremely knowledgeable, they gave me multiple options and did not try to take advantage of me. The team at this business displayed nothing but class and professionalism. I highly recommend their services to anyone who has any HVAC issues or needs a unit installed.

Sean and his crew came out and replaced our unit as well as the ductwork under the house. My wife and I were very pleased with the service and price they provided. Very honest professionals, were on time, and went straight to work. They kept completely cleaned up after themselves and didnt leave any trash or debris under my crawlspace. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a HVAC company.

My 2-story house has 2 HVAC systems. Shawn and his team replaced both of my ancient AC systems in June when one of them failed and it was not worth repairing. When they were performing seasonal furnace maintenance in December, they determined that the oldest furnace needed a major repair (inducer motor). They were able to get the part and install it the next day at a reasonable price.
I was especially appreciative that they were patient with me as I negotiated with my home warranty company to get reimbursed for the repair.

Shawn and his team did an excellent job with our hvac system. We came home late one night to find our house at 80+ degrees. We called Trident Mechanical and Shawn came out right away. He had us up and running in not time.
