Out of the four months we had Saguaro Solar contracted through Freedom Forever, it has produced only one month straight. Bad initial install in March produced all kinds of problem. Unsealed system let water in and has been a train wreck. Grounding wires, bad inverter already replaced, etc. We have had repairs every month except for June. The installation team had good customer service but the install was just bad and the system keeps going down. This is a brand new system not even five months old and we haven't had any production consistency outside of one month.

We got solar panels through Saguaro Solar. They use Freedom Forever for installation and service. There have been months where our solar panels were not functioning and they came out and did maintenance and didn’t turn them back on, and we didn’t know until we got our high electric bills. I tried calling and have never heard back.

Saguaro Solar was amazing start to finish. Our in home meeting with our rep was informational and educational. He was patient and understanding with all of our questions about adding solar to our house.

I’m extremely disappointed with this company. First, they out sourced their job to Freedom forever solar a Phoenix company and their communication was very poor we have to explained the situation to both companies multiple times, because they were not communicating with each other.

Doug Vernon represented his product very truthfully. Don't get led astray by guarantees by the seller. It is the guarantee that is provided by the solar panel manufacturer that is important. We installed Panasonic panels. Panasonic, an established company guarantees their product for 25 years AND guarantees the production of the panel.
Doug's design and Freedom Forever's installation went without a hitch. Municipal inspections were a breeze, as was the TEP " permission to operate ".
You cannot go wrong with Doug.
