Reserved 12 Chiaviari Kids Chairs for Sunday December 19th. I spoke to a man named Bruno who took my order. He indicated he had them available and it would be delivered as agreed at 2:30pm. I happen to text him 2 days prior just to re-confirm that he will have them delivered. He seemed upset when I did and indicated that my order had already been confirmed. I had a feeling then I couldn't rely on them and Well the day came for my party and no call, 2:30pm passed and nothing. I continuously called to remind of my delivery and no answer. I would highly recommend this company. It was my niece birthday and the another rental company had cancelled our rental because of a little rain. I called Dora party rental the same day and they had it delivered and setup with in two hours. The two guys that came made sure everything was cleaned, and spent time showing us how to work the cotton candy machine. Thank you!

Reserved 2 tables, 20 chairs and 2 tablecloths for Saturday February 1st on Wednesday January 29 or Thursday January 30. Spoke to a man who took my order and said all would be delivered on Saturday between the hours of 9am-12pm. Nothing was delivered between that time so i called. No one picked up but someone sent me a text that they couldn’t talk but to text them instead. I did just that. I sent them multiple texts inquiring where my delivery was and I also called numerous times. NO ONE RESPONDED to any of my texts or phone calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have rented several times from this organization. And I will tell you that they are there at the time that they state they will be there. They make sure that everything you ordered isn't working conditions. And I have done at least 7 or 8 parties with them where I have had absolutely no issues. I highly recommend this company
