After reading some of the other posts, I was kinda taken aback. Aspen is a TEMPOARY SERVICE, PERIOD! If you looking for a job, the best way to get a foot in an otherwise difficult company is through one such as Aspen. I have been with this company going on four years. Mary Z and all of the supporting staff, Katie A and the rest, have treated me with the utmost respect, and in return, they have a hard working person that is happy to represent them anywhere they send me. I have had ZERO problems and they even remember my birthdays and anniversaries! They have never lied to me about transitions into

Mary Zirino is a joy to work with, you are not just a number. I really felt like she was working for me, not just trying to fill an order. Katie is the best. She's efficient, professional and ads a very personal touch. I highly recommend Aspen Technical Staffing. It feels like your working with family or close friends.

I was skeptical at first as everyone would be, but the opportunity Aspen gave me turned into a great experience. This IS a temp agency that places confident, promising & reliable people in the position they deserve. Also as you hear, most positions are contract and were created based upon project demand. So, If you're worth your salt, then the opportunity to go direct is an option.
I personally have worked with Mary. She’s great to deal with and promptly responds with positions available that best suits me and my personal abilities.

I find it most bothersome when I see posts handing down bad reviews from what I can only describe as adolescent snowflakes.
First of all, I have been working contract in the engineering industry for over 29 years. I have worked from coast to coast, from Texas to Alaska and all points in between.
I have an acute understanding of how the industry, as well as their providers work.
I have dealt with contract firms that miss paychecks, withhold tax from the wrong states, asked for 3-4 different interviews that didn't include the client, etc., etc.
I also know a bad egg when I smell it.

I have dealt with Aspen for the past few years now and cannot speak highly enough about the company as a whole, especially Chris Salem and Katie Armenta.
Chris came across my resume by fate & reached out to me on thee very same day my company was being bought out and laying off (myself being one of them). I was put in touch with one of the biggest Engineering Firms in the industry by that afternoon, via FaceTime interview. By the following morning, I was employed and began my new position within the following week. Chris is not only one of the best in the business, but his professionalism, combined

I just recently applied for a job through Aspen technical and I was very unimpressed. At the interview I was informed that I would be laid off after 18 months. The agency neglected to mention that. Despite being told that the odds of gaining permanent employment slim to none I was still hopeful. Shortly after I was offered a position. Prior to the interview my starting rate confirmed but after I was told that the pay structure was changed. They offered me a rate 1.30/h less but I would get a per diem that would, " net me much more". After doing the math myself I found that the adjusted hourly rate
