In 2006, when Tim first brought Christian to the Ranch, she knew she wanted to share this property with others to celebrate their own love stories. This began the idea of offering the Ranch as a wedding and event venue. From the first wedding season, they have loved to share this magical property with their couples.
The owner of Deer Creek Valley Ranch, Tim Marasciullo, unexpectedly met the love of his life on a trip to Hawaii in 2006. After a whirlwind romance (he and Christian were engaged just 14 days after meeting), Tim whisked his bride-to-be from the balmy shores of Hawaii to the rugged beauty of the Ranch.

My husband and I had our wedding at this venue on June 5th, 2021 and utilized the Barn for our ceremony and reception site. Due to COVID and restrictions on travel, I never actually got to see the venue in person until the day of the wedding but let me tell you what; this venue was GORGEOUS and so much more perfect than I had ever imagine. The cost was more than reasonable for such an amazing location. You can tell the owners have put an insane amount of pride and love into the barn and their property. What can I say about Deer Creek Valley Ranch? The venue(s) and wedding sites are absolutely beautiful! The barn is cozy, rustic and the Man cave for the groom is perfect! We were the first to use the new "Homestead" venue. From the Pine Cathedral Arch to the beautiful "Ohana" reception room, everything was stunning! Cece, Emma and Christian were so kind and helpful, we didn't worry about a thing. It was truly a beautiful site and a beautiful wedding. We highly recommend getting married here.

Can't rate high enough! Lindsey made us feel warm and welcome from day one. All our needs AND wants were taken care of. She offered helpful tips but also let us make it our own. The property is beautiful and the barn is amazing. Had over 125 people and it did not feel cramped at all. The groom's quarters blew me away: pool table, bar, poker table, full dressing area and bathroom. It was a very relaxing lead up to the big moment and everything afterward was perfect. Even a few wildlife sightings, including a bear! Lindsey kept an eye out and our guests got to take photos from afar. 10/10! 😁

DCVR is the most special venue in the world! My husband and I are thrilled we were married there. First of all, Lindsey treated us absolutely amazing! She made the whole event planning process so unique, intimate and special to us as a couple. Second, the location is STUNNING with so many beautiful scenic backdrops. And third, all of our guest told us it was the most fun wedding. From the awesome man cave, to the saddle bar seats & swinging barn doors, the barn is a place to kick back and have a blast! We looked at a ton of places to get married (from Vail to Lyons to Evergreen to the piles of golf courses south of town) and Deer Creek stuck out to us because it was not only a beautiful, natural place, but an effortless and wonderful experience. Lindsey was easy to work with and they offered a bunch of helpful documents to make the planning easier. It's definitely a quickly, rustic, character-filled location and our experience is commemorated like none other because our pics capture that natural beauty.

Deer Creek Valley Ranch is one of the best venues in Colorado. We researched and visited a LOT of venues, and are so glad we finally found Deer Creek. First of all, the venue itself is just gorgeous. The barn has a rustic feel while still being super nice and comfortable - there's heating, air conditioning, and real (nice) bathrooms! I didn't even realize that was something we would have to consider until we visited a dozen other venues that were more expensive with no on-site toilets. There are 2 ceremony sites to choose from. My wife and I were married at Deer Creek in August of 13' and couldn't have asked for a more picturesque, Beautiful and memorable place to get married. Christian and her assistant, Sarah were so responsive and personable that made our planning process easy and actually fun even from a distance (we live in Chicago). They were organized, eager to help and gave lists of top of the line vendors to work with. Christian was welcoming and made us feel so comfortable on their Ranch. She even gave my wife a warm hug and calming words of advice on our wedding day.

Deer Creek Valley Ranch is a beautiful, charming and unique venue but not worth the hassle. We found the owners, their assistant and the way they run their business unprofessional and would not recommend having a wedding here. We dealt with constantly changing policies, drastic discrepancies in pricing between the assistant and the owners, finger pointing and gossip about other vendors. We didn't trust Deer Creek Valley Ranch to follow through with their promises and were on edge for months leading up to our wedding about what would pop up next.
