I highly recommend using Mike for your home purchase and sale. He gave us assurances that our home would sell the first weekend it was on the market, and it did. Mike also monitored a different home that was under contract and once it recorded called us saying he was raising the price of our home 10k. It sold within 24 hours and OVER list price! Overall, we saved over 12k working with MJD Group and had a rather fun time doing it too!
