Starting off in Loveland, Colorado, we were looking for a new area to settle down. California seemed like a nice place to be! Since we already had family here, we thought it would be best to find a location to work. Small business ownership seemed like the task we wanted to accomplish from all different angles.

Here at Willow Creek Pharmacy, we are focused on providing the best care we can while sticking next to our morals and ethics as healthcare providers. As an Independent Pharmacy, compared to the bigger brands you've heard of, we spent more time double checking the medication prescribed to you by your doctor.

I just moved up here and was treated very poorly by the clerk. She probably assumed because I was not a familiar face that it was a one time visit, but that doesn’t make it okay. I’ll be sure to update my review next time I go in.
UPDATE: I have been back to this pharmacy three times since my original post and my experience has been better; I haven't seen the awfully rude lady in there again, thankfully! The other employees are overall friendly and helpful.

The entire staff at the Willow Creek Pharmacy has been so friendly and helpful every time my family has had a prescription filled there. They have been so willing and able to help with jumping through so many hoops when it comes to insurance issues and Pre-authorizations. They have always had very competitive prices with larger pharmacies on the coast when it comes to out-of-pocket prescriptions. Thank you guys for everything!
