After I met an accident, I towed my car to CALIFORNIA COLLISION center. It was a great experience with the staff and service. They provided frequent updates and due diligence throughout all phases. The owner, George is a wonderful person who advises us on facts and makes sure things go on the right way. Even he fought with the insurance company on behalf of me since they denied paying legitimate charges and made them pay without a court decision and even he paid those court processing charges from his pocket.

I always try to support local businesses especially if they have a good rating. My experience is nothing compared to what I have read here. I took my car to get fixed. They are a liar and wasted my time. They even took my deductible payment before the car was even in the shop. They lied saying they cannot cancel my order since they have already placed the parts and taken my deductible payment. They wanted power of attorney just to get my car fixed. Don't use these guys. Wasted my time.

I usually garage my car. but on a hot weekend this summer, I left it outside 2 days and found bird dropping on it. I took it to a detail shop and they tried to fix but could not. I contacted my warranty company and they told me that I could only take my Porsche to their approved shop- all the way Campbell. However after a wasted day at their shop they said they could not fix. We took my husband's Grand Cherokee in for repair work to the passenger side quarter panel. Everyone we dealt with at California Collision was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional, and seemed genuinely concerned. I went there to have some letters replaced on the back of my Volvo and a few scratches buffed out. They saw me immediately and ended up doing the work for free. I was blown away. If I could give more stars I absolutely would. I mostly dealt with Ruben, who was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, responsive, explained every part of the repair and process to us and his communication was everything! The entire staff there was amazing and super friendly and polite.

After positive experiences here with two other vehicles over the years, I brought my Tesla in to California Collision for repair. I had read in forums about problems with non-Tesla-certified body shops being able to get Tesla parts, so both I and my insurance adjuster asked CC if they were Tesla-certified before I came in as I wanted to avoid such headaches, and we were both assured by CC on separate occasions that they were. A HUGE RAVE to California Collision in Pleasanton!! I fell over on my beloved Vespa a few weeks ago and NOBODY will do bodywork or paint work in them in the area. Well George at California Collision said he would give it a try even though his shop had never done one before.
It's BEAUTIFUL. They kept in communication the whole time, the work is absolutely amazing, and they restored my little 2004 ET4 Vespa back to prettier than it was off the showroom floor. (And he even painted my new black side mirrors to make sure they matched!!)

These guys were so awesome, I had some scratches on the hood of my car from a roof shingle crashing into it during the recent storm. I called and left a voicemail for George and he called back quickly and came to my house to take a look the very next day. Took her in today and these guys were able to buff out the scratches and keep me from paying for a new hood or my insurance! Thank you for the amazing service and for being just awesome good people. He followed up with me on the phone while I went out and got other quotes. CA Collisions prices were competitive, the work was completed quickly and they dropped me off downtown while the work was completed. The car was cleaned up and there were no issues.

California Collision is a life saver. I got into a sticky situation not paying attention to the road and hit a tree on the front right side of my car. I didn't have proper insurance and knew it was going to be extremely impossible to come up with the money to get it repaired. At a glance to me the damage was bad but it could have been worse, but the amount of money required to fix it, all out of pocket, would have been multiple thousands. Let me start by saying I creased my fender on my brand new 2019 GMC truck a couple months ago in the Bart parking lot, oh and let me say it is a bright Cardinal red. I called around and finally settled on Cal Collision, I first spoke to the receptionist Danielle I believe is her name.
