First of all I would say, I did not use Mr Kelly as my attorney, reason being, he is an honest and fair individual, sounds strange. My chapter 13 case was dismissed unknowingly to me, after receiving numerous solicitations in the mail i reached out to Mr Kelly, who looked into my case and advised me to reach out to my previous attorney to try and have it resolved. Mr Kelly did not take my money and run , that says a lot about his character . I would work with him any day

They were helpful to get our situation taken care of as quickly as possible from the beginning.
