I recently just moved into the Crystal Lake property and had a fairly pleasant experience up until the last few days. I relocated to this property from several states away and had been dealing with Shana who was phenomenal. There were a few move in date changes considering they are not on site on the weekends so essentially you have to sign the lease and get your keys on a week day which can be a lot while moving from another state. When I arrived Friday evening to move in, I discovered that I had no heat so I called for maintenance first thing Saturday morning in which the nicest gentleman showed

They do not care how their "Family Owned" employees treat the residents. They excuse rude and unprofessional actions and don't care how they speak to you. If you want to be disrespect, disappointed and lied to this is the place for you.
Update; I had originally wrote a review for my unclean apartment complex, Belmont at York. I wrote this particular review after reaching out to Kotarides because it's their corporate office. They were just as unhelpful but slightly less rude. This company and your apartments are inadequate super unprofessional.

Where do I begin, dealing with the front office namely Wendy Daughtrey has been difficult. I am a Disabled Veteran, that has worked as a Project Manager and Inspector for the past 15 years, that being said, when I am moving in/out of a home I am meticulously with the quality and state of home I enter/leave a place. I was very disappointed with the quality of work and the condition of the appliance. I moved into a 2bd rm that had the carpet replaced, that was great. That was all that was great.
All The windows were warped, causing air to freelying flow into the apt this was a major problem in cold

I have had my share of experiences with various property management companies both from living at different communities as well as working at different places as well. I have to say that KPM has been the best experience by far. It is a fast growing company but still family owned and in my experience both employees and residents are consistently treated with respect. In property management you will often encounter a lot of change as properties change management and office and maintenance staff changes but that is not the case here. Our properties are owned and managed by the same company which provides

I am very proud to be an employee in this company, even though I only joined for 1 year, I can see this company is very developed by continuing to build new apartments, homes or other businesses. Of course it will continue to open up new opportunities for employees to gain promotions positions. Working in the company is very fun because of the positive atmosphere, friendly co-workers and great support from team management & executive. They provide us regular knowledge training (Grace hill), SOP so that we can do our work correctly, carefully and maintain high standards of company's. Because this

If I could give them 0 stars i would they don't even deserve to be a company. These people will steal from you. They will try to fight your security deposit. I never even moved into my apartment because their property had cockroaches and it was filthy and i asked for my security deposit back they took over 50 days to give it back to me fighting me the whole time and then they took $25 from my deposit and did not give me the full amount! please don't rent from these people don't they don't deserve your money. The owner of the company lives in a multimillion dollar house and he builds projects and

To whom it may concern,
This is Isiah Gibson resident of Olympic Village located in Norfolk, Virginia 23502 apartment # 109. I am contacting you in reference to the current and past problems I have been having with your company .First I would like to start with the moving in process . I paid my deposit then was informed that I couldn’t move in until the following Monday .While we waited a week for the process to start the day of our move in we were informed we had to obtain renters insurance . That was not a problem just the short notice through me off track .The moment we moved in we noticed

About a year ago, I was in the same position as you, searching review websites and looking for a decent new home for me to spend the next year or two of my post-graduate life. I decided on Clairmont at Farmgate in Raleigh (managed by Kotarides) because, quite frankly, there were no reviews for it yet so I figured no reviews is better than bad reviews. A summary of my experience at Clairmont at Farmgate is as follows:

* My apartment (on the third floor) has had (and still has) a severe cockroach infestation which management has failed to address, to the point where I decided to leave before my
